Fixed wheels which are custom made, the perfect solution in agriculture, earth moving and for utility as heftrucks, atvs and quads. Fixtrac wheels are available in a range from 8” up until 54” and even larger offsets are no problem. We do not do any concessions on quality, durability or strength of our wheels.
Custom made fixed wheels
The Fixtrac fixed wheels can be made with or without interchangeable center disc. With an interchangeable center disc, you can use these wheels on other vehicles as well, this gives you or the end user multiple options for using the wheels. Thanks to the easy way of installing the wheels with the interchangeable center disc and additional Centerlinks, one is able to drive on several track widths with multiple tractors.
Our Fixtrac wheels are available in a wide range from 8” up to 54” and are always custom made. Thanks to our extensive knowledge and experience in custom wheels, we are able to offer you the best possible solution for your situation.
With the Fixtrac, Gruva Techniek BV offers a large product range in non-adjustable wheels, compatible for agriculture machinery and earthmoving equipment, but also for smaller utility vehicles like forklifts, atv’s and quads.
Our Fixtrac wheels are standard made with a single or double profiled disc, which will ensure the durability of the wheel. The inner discs are welded on both sides and can be made 8, 10, 12, 15 and 20 millimeters thick and depending on the purpose of the wheel, even in 25 or 30 millimeter.
Does a wheel need a large offset or large depth? No problem for Gruva, because we can easily press inner discs with depths of 350 millimeter, without any concessions on quality, strength or durability of the wheel. Ask for the options, we can guarantee a perfect tailor-made solution.
