Twin-Trac
Gruva’s Twin-Trac-system is an one of a kind system, which ensures easy installation of duals. The unique and threaded rods together with the strong self-locking nuts, make it possible to even use the widest tyres as dual wheels. The compact and the easy installation of the Twin-Trac system makes it a perfect system for smaller wheels up to 24”.
Dual-Trac
The unique Dual-Trac dual wheel system fits every tractor or machine. With just a few components the dual wheels are easy to install! The Dual-Trac system is the perfect solution for wheels from 24” up to 54”.
Depending on the size of the wheels and the user purpose, one can choose from two up to eight clamps to install the dual wheel system. Simply by using the special eye nuts or the special John Deere eye bolts on the tractor side, connect the hooks and the quick-clamps to connect the dual wheels.
Thanks to the distance rings, with integrated stop ring Gruva can guarantee a perfect fitting in the tractor wheel and the tyres will not rub against each other. The fixing ring is fully welded on both sides. The heavy duty clamps make sure there is a good connection between both wheels.
The Dual-Trac dual wheel system is an unique system which is available for machines up to 500 hp.
Tubes
Thanks to our tubes, one can go all the way when looking at using duals. The tubes are easy to install on both sides, just by adding an extra section of bolt holes; think about 12/430 but also 12/500 or 12/520. The Gruva Tubes are perfect to use for multiple driving distances, they are firmly made and are price-wise a very interesting option.
KN-connectors
Gruva is also supplier for the well-known KN-system from Koch & Sohn. This unique systems offers the end user to install duals with one spindle and notched tubes. Thanks to the 12/430 bolt holes, one can install the system on fixed as well as on adjustable wheels. The KN-system makes it possible to combine row crop-wheels with standard wheels and even with very width wheels. With the addition of an extra notched tube, even more driving distances can be reached.
Alpas
The Gruva Techniek system, known as Alpas is a straightforward, solid and practical system. The system is easy and quick to install and is available in three-, five- or seven-pieces. Clamp-blocks will be welded in the tractor-sided-wheel, depending on the amount of levers in the spindle on the dual-sided-wheels. After tightening the spindle, the hooks of the dual-side are clamped in the tractor wheel. The Alpas system exists out of fixed parts only, so after de-installation there are no spare parts which can be lost. Depending on the power of the tractor, the system will be manufactured extra reinforced.
